We want you to love every saree you receive from Anutex. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Sale items and custom-stitched products are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at anutexmkj@yahoo.co.in with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please mention your preference when raising a return request.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at anutexmkj@yahoo.co.in. We will resolve this at no additional cost to you.
